- Premise is very clean and well organized
Note: Very limited food preparation is conducted on-site (eg., beverage).
Note: No food storage was observed at the time of inspection.
- Handwashing station supplied with liquid hand soap, hot and cold running water, and single use paper towels.
- Drain plugs were available for the double compartment sink.
- A domestic dishwasher has been present on-site. Domestic dishwasher is NSF certified with sani-cycle.
Friendly reminder: Ensure that at least 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer (1/2 teaspoon bleach per L of water or 1 tablespoon of bleach per gallon of water) is available whenever food preparation is occurring.
- No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
- Cooler was at 3.2 degrees C and freezer component was at -22 degrees C.
