Observation: - Wiping cloths was found hanging on splashguard of handsink and on prep table.
Correction: Store wiping cloths in bucket of sanitizing solution.

Health permit valid and posted.
Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Walk-in cooler was at 1 deg C.
Prep line cooler at 1-2 deg C.
Freezer was at -19 deg C.
Hot holding cabinet for pizza was at 64 deg C ambient temperature.
Temperature log was available - some days were missing. Ensure to check and record daily.

Items to address:
Provide more containers to store open bags of flour.
Some areas of the of floor require more attention such as underneath 3 comp sink and between equipment.
Also, wipe down handles of equipment drawers and coolers.
