Staff is always on site when kitchen is open.
Hot and cold water available.
Hand sink in use with liquid soap, paper towels and running water.
200 ppm bleach sanitizer in use. Lysol quat wipes available on site as well.
Fridge temperature at 3.0C milk, top unit at -20C yogurt.
Food and utensils protected from contamination.
Dishwasher final rinse at 71.6C at the plate. This unit takes 2 runs to reach temperature.
Dry storage is adequate.
