General comments: - Operating permit is available -Staff on site have Food Safe training -All coolers in use read at <=4C -Freezers were at adequate temperature (<=-18C) -High temperature dishwasher read at 76.3C which exceeds>=71C at plate surface -Overall sanitation was adequate -No pest activity observed during inspection -Bleach sanitizer solution for food contact surfaces tested at 200ppm with test strips -Hand washing stations have hot/cold running water, liquid soap, dry paper towels -Foods in cooler/freezers are organized, labeled and covered. -Thank you!
