Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quaternary ammonium sanitizer from pail (located at kitchen) and spray bottle (located at bar) measured with a concentration at 50 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Discard and refill the aforementioned containers with 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer from the dispenser. Educate the staff to leave the dispenser run for a few seconds before filling the containers. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces close to these areas.

- Ice machine and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Food storage practices satisfactory.
- Temperature records and cooling records maintained and available for review.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
- Ensure cream packets are kept at 4C or less when stored near the coffee machine.
