Operator removed all home made juices- This is a violation and any repeated similar violation will result in violation ticket and further enforcement actions. General Comments Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle Tea-making area separate from charcoal heating area. Ventilation hood works. General sanitation is good. Bathroom in sanitary condition Cooler with cut pineapple inside (for shisha) at 4C No signs of pests observed.
