General Comments
Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle
Tea-making area separate from charcoal heating area. Ventilation hood works.
General sanitation is good. Bathroom in sanitary condition
Cooler with cut pineapple inside (for shisha) at 4C
No signs of pests observed.
