Gen - Inspection conducted for provision of health approval to operate (Owner + name change):
- Recieved FSP/SP plans, Cert. of Incorp., cheque (#006) in the sum of $83.33 for permit fee (Dec.2019-Mar.2020)
- Provisional approval to operate is granted, subject to the following conditions:
1) Service/clean the grease trap
2) Revise Food Safety and Sanitation Plans to include additional information (ie. CCP's CL's, maintenance instructions for dishwasher, beer lines, etc.)
3) Provide additional copies of Foodsafe certificates (At least one Foodsafe-certified food handler must be on-site during operating hours)
