Observation: Rodent droppings were observed on floor underneath the dishwashing sink. Operator had cleaned the floor at this time. Professional pest control company contracted. The recent inspection was conducted (Abell) yesterday.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all droppings removed and affected areas sanitized EVERY MORNING.
