- Ambient temperature of sales cooler observed at 3.9 C
- Various potentially hazardous food temperatures checked and are at 4 C or below
- Previous routine inspection report CSWY-BZ7TZ4 Non-Critical Hazards still in process of being completed:
- 306 Food Premises not maintained in sanitary condition (Dust build-up in vent above pizza oven)
- 308 Equipment not in good working order (water leak below three-compartment sink and observed from handsink)
- 319 Refrigeration Units lack accurate thermometers (Ensure all cold holding units remain equip with accurate thermometers to monitor cooler temperatures)
