Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2 issues:
-staff stated that the cutting board in the meat wrapping station is only cleaned with liquid soap and water (no sanitizing step)
-bandsaw was found to have meat debris build up in the blade housing and various parts of the machine
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized using an appropriate sanitizer solution. Bandsaw must be properly disassembled, cleaned, and disinfected after use.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station in the meat wrapping station did not have liquid soap for handwashing. Dispenser was installed incorrectly and unable to be used.
Corrective Action(s): Re-locate the soap dispenser and ensure that the handwash station is stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water at all times.

Observation: Surface sanitizer measured 200 ppm QUATS in 1 out of 3 spray bottles examined. Dispenser in the janitorial closet was found to be dislodged and dispensing inconsistently (first fill 200 ppm QUATS, second fill ~50 ppm QUATS, third fill 0 ppm QUATS, fourth fill 200 ppm QUATS)
Corrective Action(s): Repair the dispenser and ensure that it is secured to the wall and able to dispense chemicals at appropriate concentration

=Walk-in coolers (veggie 3C, meat 2C), walk-in freezer (-20C) and all other display coolers and freezers in the store measured within appropriate temperature ranges
=2 compartment sink in processing room used for washing dishware. staff sanitize dishware with 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution
=Sanitizer solution measured 0 ppm QUATS in some spray bottles, refer to violation above.
=General sanitation was satisfactory. With the exception of the above noted violation, general food storage practices were satisfactory at the time of inspection
=No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
