Observation: - Thermometers are not present in each cooler, freezer, and hot holding unit. Thermometers allow staff to monitor and ensure equipment is working. Purchase + install a thermometer in each cooler, freezer, and hot holding unit. Date To Be Corrected By: November 8, 2018.

General
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -17C; hot holding units 60C; and some thermometers present.
- High temp. dishwasher rinse cycle was 73.9C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; in groups; proteins separated or below RTE foods; and 6"; off the floor on shelves.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests. Back door must be closed at all times. If you want to prop it open, a screen door must be installed to prevent entry of pests.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- All damaged walls have been repaired and painted.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Bleach sanitizer spray had [CL2] of > 200ppm.
