Gelato is supplied from Mario's Gelati (Vancouver) - Premises maintained in a sanitary condition. - Handsinks were supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel - Single door reach in freezer -20C - Display freezer -16C Note: Display cooler is only turned on when business is in operation. Only non potentially hazardous beverages are stored in it. - Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present in spray bottle - Dipper well functional - Dishwasher operational. 50ppm chlorine detected on dish after cycle. *Operator to obtain chlorine test strips check sanitizer residual. - No signs pest activity noted at time of inspection. Note: Operator to install doorsweep on door between Scoops of Joy and Admiral Pub. Gap noted at bottom of door.
