Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement; Hot-holding temperature within requirement.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. No issues observed from recent records.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.2'C at the plate level after final rinse, after numerous tries. Dishwasher has not been in use for today yet.
Ensure to run the first load of the day until the rinse water temperature reads >180'F on manifold.
-100-200ppm chlorine available in a labelled spray bottle.
-Ventilation canopy hood maintained and serviced.
-General food storage practice satisfactory. Kitchen equipment/tools sanitation satisfactory.
-General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory at this time.
-Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity at this time.

NOTE: When leaving food out on counter for lunch rush, take only small amount of food out each time and use within 30 minutes.
