-Kitchen had minimal amounts of food and kitchen is used every Sunday.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Kimchi cooler was at 0C (both compartments),
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Both chest freezers were less than -18C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 72C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach available in the janitorial closet to prepare bleach sanitizer when kitchen is used. To prepare 100ppm bleach, add half a teaspoon bleach to one litre of water.
-Foods stored off the floor and covered
-Facility has been serviced by a professional pest control operator and did not observe any signs of pests in tin cats or throughout the facility.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Washrooms clean and well maintained.
