Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units at 4C.
3 compartment sink and 2-compartment prep sink satisfactory.
hand washing station available.
low temperature chlorine dishwasher achieved a final rinse concentration of 50ppm.
Food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground.

Note:
operator intents to have a hot food section in the front retail area. Hot holding unit noted at the time of inspection, but no hot food items were served. Operator needs to apply for health approval prior to starting a hot food section. An updated floor plan and food safety plan must be submitted to the health department for review.
