Comments

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach solution was at 100 ppm.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature reached 83.7 C at the plate level.
No evidence of pests.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
