- Hand sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels - Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottles and from dispensers - All display coolers, prep coolers, upright coolers, and walk-in coolers were at 4C or colder - Freezer temperatures were satisfactory - Hot held food items were measured to be above 60C - Accurate thermometers available for use. **Ensure each refrigeration unit and hot holding case is equipped with its own separate thermometer. - Temperature records well maintained and up to date - Food storage practices were satisfactory - General sanitation was satisfactory - Pest control in place, no signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
