Observation: Dried on food debris noted on the meat slicer - not in use during the inspection. Used the previous day.
Date to be corrected by: Immediately
Correction: Disassemble, clean, rinse and sanitize the meat slicer as per the manufacturer's instruction or as per your Sanitation Plan.
The meat slicer must be properly disassembled, cleaned, rinsed and sanitized everytime after use and every 4 hours if being continuously used. Do not store away unclean after use.

Follow-up inspection completed for report #KLAI-CCBT6J
- Meat slicer was disassembled and noted in sanitary condition during the inspection. Ensure to disassemble, clean, rinse and sanitize the meat slicer every time after use.
- Walk-in cooler was noted in a sanitary condition. All food stored covered and protected in containers and at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Food premises sanitary conditions have greatly improved since the last inspection - all areas previously mentioned were noted sanitary during the inspection.
- Non-food grade containers are now replaced with the proper containers for bulk condiment storage.
- Operator was on-site at the time of inspection, she holds a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate - expire September 9, 2023. Ensure that the operator or at least 1 staff with a certified FOODSAFE certificate or equivalent is on-site at all time.
