Facility re-opened approximately one week ago. -Handwash stations are all fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water -Walk-in, prep coolers, and display coolers are at 4C. *Ensure lightbulb in walk-in cooler is replaced* -Stand freezer and ice cream freezer are at -18C -Hot holding device is holding food at 60C. Ensure temperature log is maintained -3 compartment sink is available with drain plugs -Sanitizer solution with bleach is prepared and achieves 200ppm -No signs of pest activity -Dry storage is satisfactory -FOODSAFE level 1 staff is on-site
