- All handsinks are adequately stocked and available for handwashing at the time of inspection - Blizzard collars are rinsed at the rinse sink and are stored in sanitary maaner in a clean container beside blizzard machine. Single use collars are used after 3PM and after busy times - Premises is now maintained in clean and sanitary condition
