Observation:
- REPEAT VIOLATION: Noticed front door open upon the start of the inspection. Operator explained doors will be closed once weather gets colder as closing the door will make the inside warmer that AC has to be turned on.
Corrective Action(s):
- Front door has to be closed to prevent pest entry. Ensure doors are closed.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation:
- Corrective actions requested in the Correction Order are not completed. Couch, cabinet and chairs are removed but disconnected toilet and more bags of empty cans are still observed in the back storage area.
- Rodent dropping is observed on the floor in the back storage area.
Corrective Action(s):
- A violation ticket will be issued for incompliance with the Correction Order.
- Spray the floor affected with rodent droppings with 1000ppm bleach sanitizer (50 parts water to 1 part bleach) after cleaning.

Observation:
- REPEAT VIOLATION: Back storage area lights are out.
Corrective Action(s):
- Lights have not been replaced yet. Back area is very dark and cleaning appears to be difficult. Operator stated light is still out despite the tubes being replaced. Repair the lighting units. Have other sources of lighting available to allow reasonable visibility in the area meanwhile.
