Routine inspection

- Hand washing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Reminder: Paper towels are to be stored in dispensers not outside. Paper towel dispensers protect paper towels from getting contaminated.
- All coolers measured at or below 4 degree C. Thermometers available in cooling units.
- Freezers measured at or below -18 degree C.
- Chlorine 50 ppm detected in final rinse of dishwasher. Drying racks maintained and implements stored properly to air dry.
- General sanitation is overall good.
- QUAT sanitizer available in spray bottles. Sanitizer spray bottles labeled properly. Ensure to test QUAT with test strips for 200-400 ppm residue.
- No obvious sign of pest activity at this date. Recommended installing weather strip under back door.
- FH permit posted.
