Follow up inspection:
The ceiling tiles were replaced to prevent the gap in the ceiling.
The plastic liner was removed from the top part of the table in the main kitchen area to leave a stainless steel surface however the liner on the bottom part of the table still needs to be removed.
The operator mentioned that a part for the dishwasher is still on order to repair the display so that the final rinse temperature can be monitored.
Note: The dishwasher final rinse temperature was 71.1 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate.
*Please contact the area E.H.O. for a follow up inspection once the dishwasher display has been repaired and the liner from the bottom part of the table has been removed.
