Follow-up inspection conducted. The following deficiencies were resolved: Gap underneath back receiving door has been addressed Hand wash stations are adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels Ice machine is generally maintained in good sanitary condition. Operator understands the need for routine cleaning in accordance with the manufacturer's directions. Operator states that he has instructed staff members to clean and sanitize the machine on a weekly basis Renovations are scheduled for early 2020. Operator states that these renovations will include tiling, cabinetry, and work surfaces. Please send over a renovation plan to the district or covering Environmental Health Officer prior to any changes. No signature was obtained due to COVID-19.
