Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2-compartment sink by the dishwasher is unsanitary as there was a build-up of mold, scum, dirt, grease, and food debris. The 2-compartment sink is used as a wash sink and food preparation sink. Operator is to ensure the sink are thoroughly sanitized before they are used for food preparation. Staff member was sanitizing the sinks at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): chlorine sanitizing solution needed to be changed as it was murky and filled with food debris. Also, ensure all wiping rags are stored in sanitizing solution when they are not in use. A new solution was prepared.
