Routine inspection conducted:
-Handsinks were adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
-Staff member was observed washing their hands after returning back to work from their break.
-Coolers were at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.
-Freezer temperatures were satisfactory.
-200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the bucket with wiping cloths.
-Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 80.3 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate.
-No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.
-Ice machine was in a clean condition.
-Smallwares/in-use utensils are rotated every 2 hours to be washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried according to a staff member who uses a timer on-site.
