Both handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Staff were observed washing their hands properly.
Upright cooler and prep. cooler were at 4 degrees C or less.
Ice cream freezer, upright freezer, freezer component of upright cooler were at -18 degrees C or less.
Refrigeration units and freezers were equipped with thermometers.
Temperature record log (AM and PM checks) was being maintained.
Ice machine and ice bins were in a clean condition.
Both rinse sinks were operational.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. Three sink plugs were available.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the third compartment sink and spray bottle.
Chlorine test strips were available.
Food storage areas appeared clean and organized.
Dry ingredients were covered between use.
No signs of recent pest activity was evident at the time of inspection.
Operator on shift held valid FOODSAFE Level 1 refresher course training (expiration date: January 1, 2028).
