She was at the middle of the class at the time of inspection
NOTE: the best time for inspections are around 2pm/ closing at 3pm

Approved sanitizer: quat/ test strips are available / measured at 200ppm
Daily temp logs/ high temp dishwasher and chemical logs are available
Please ensure to keep HOT HOLDING temp logs also as part of your daily monitoring
