- Hand sink was easily accessible, and being used - Cleaning has been done on equipment and most surfaces. Deep cleaning of metal shelves and grout still required, scheduled to be done with exhausted hood cleaning in a week or see. - New thermometer has been purchased and oil thermometer has been calibrated - still waiting for a copy of the sanitation plan.
