Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle with bleach was filled with scented chemical that did not respond to the bleach paper test. Staff was not able to identify the chemical in the bottle.
Corrective Action(s): - Scented detergents and sanitizers may not be safe for food contact surfaces. Please make sure that all staff is aware of what chemicals to use and are trained in filling containers appropriately.
- Proper 200ppm bleach solution must be available for use at all times (2 tablespoons/4.5 lits).

Comments

- Temperature of cooler and freezers were adequate.
- Hot held food was at or above 60 degrees C.
- Eggs on counter were stored in ice.
** Food for take-out must be prepared as close to pick-up as possible or maintained above 60 degrees or below 4 degrees. It cannot be left at room temperature. Any food left at room temperature for over two hours should be discarded.
- Hand sinks were equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Soap was running low in kitchen sink.
**Some deep cleaning required in hard-to-reach areas under and around storage shelves and equipment.
