Routine Inspection: - Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available - High temperature dishwasher reached 75.1C at plate surface - 200ppm Quats solution available in sanitizer buckets; solution changed hourly - Walk-in, preparation, and glass display coolers were 4C or lower - Walk-in, preparation line, and under-counter freezers were -18C or lower. Ice cream freezer was -10C - recently defrosted and cleaned. - Hot holding unit was 60C or greater - Food storage practices were good; all food items were stored off of the ground.
