Routine Inspection: - Hand washing station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels - Cooling unit maintained at 4C - 3 compartment sink set up for manual ware washing - Quats dispenser and spray bottles at 200 ppm, test strips available - Hot held chicken and samosas at least 60C, temperatures are checked every 2 hours. Any left over products are discarded at the end of the day. - Temperatures for cold holding, cooking and hot holding are measured and recorded electronically - General sanitation is satisfactory - No pest control activity observed during inspection
