Comments

- General sanitation is good.
- Main handwash sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Note that you must fully submerge dishes and other cooking equipment in sanitizer at min 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Please follow the manual warewashing poster.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Basement storage unit does not have any coolers or freezers.
- No signs of pest activity.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Immediately begin time stamps for tapioca pearls left at room temperature.

Temperature control:
- All coolers < or = 4C
- Chest freezer = -18C
- Working thermometers inside all coolers.
- Keep daily temperature logs of coolers on site for review by the health inspector.
