-Follow-up to initial inspection conducted on July 17th, 2018. -Health approval NOT granted. -The following must be done: 1) Piping for flour grinders still need to completed 2) Written procedures for how grinders work need to be submitted. Include manufacturer's instructions for cleaning the grinders as well. 3) Sanitation plan still needs corrections 4) CSA inspection of grinders to be completed, as requested by operator. -Floors have been painted. Pest control now in place *Follow-up inspection to occur prior to opening.
