Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # JSHN-CGAQRL of Jul-06-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Customers dishes and the utensils were being sanitized with the dishwasher that dispenses 10ppm chlorine. Correction: Sanitize the dishes at 100ppm chlorine or 200ppm Quats. Correct by 1 day.
