Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Pooled eggs observed again and stored in the fridge -this was noted in the April 2019 routine inspection

-Some foods observed under sinks again -also noted in the April 2019 routine inspection

NOTE: repeat infractions will require escalation of enforcement such as ticket(s) and/or closure

-Do not store foods directly under sinks as they have a tendency to leak non-potable water from the pipes

Observation: Back main and screen doors has a large gap underneath
Corrective Action(s): Place door sweeps so as flush to the floor and better prevent rodent entry

Observation: -area under the cooking line for woks is grease laiden

-some foods stored on the floor in the dry storage area next to live fish tanks
NOTE: one shelf has the lowest level too close to the ground
Corrective Action(s): -Clean and disinfect nightly

-Store foods off the floor on the shelves
-ground clearance for shelves must be at minimum >15cm to ease cleaning underneath and monitoring of pests
