Observation: Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees.
Observation: The front faucet in the handsink is broken. The hot water knob does not work and there is no hot water available in this sink.
Correction: Have the faucet serviced immediately.

Rationale: Adequate handwashing stations with hot water encourage frequent handwashing which protects food from contamination.

Follow-up inspection conducted.

The hand sink has been repaired. The sink is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and disposable paper towels.

The donair burners were on. Operator confirmed that all staff has been notified to not turn off burners when meat is on the rod.

Hot holding unit held peeled meat at 64C - Good.

No phones were kept on counters at the time of inspection.

Sanitizer spray bottles (2) had 200ppm bleach solution - good!
The bottles were properly labeled, also.

Rice bags had been re-located. No food was stored on the floor.

Probe thermometer was available on site. Ensure all cooling units have accurate thermometers.

Big improvement from last inspection.
