Routine inspection conducted. - Hand washing station supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Staff noted washing hands between task and when change gloves. - all coolers including walk -in cooler measured at or below 4C. all freezers including walk-in freezer measured at -18C or colder. - Hot holdings measured at or above 60C. - Time Temperature maintained by label on containers. Food is to be discarded after indicated time on label. - 3-comp sink maintained. Tomato slicer noted clean. Implement stored properly. - QUAT 200-400 ppm available in sani-buckets and gets changed every 4 hours. QUAT dispenser in good working condition. - Ice bin noted clean and Ice scoop stored properly out of ice bin. - No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date however pest issue exist and managed by pest control company. Operator to continue instructions to reduce the risk of pest returning. Fraser Health permit posted. Staff food safe certified. Customer washroom discussed with operator. Cleaning and some repair is to be done.
