Routine inspection conducted - Hand wash station is fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water - All coolers are at or below 4C - All freezer units are at satifactory temperatures - High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level. Door of dishwasher needs to be repaired as it is not closing properly - Bleach sanitizer available - Dry storage is good
