Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate.
Liquid soap and paper towels were available at the hand sinks. **Do not place any items in hand washing sinks. These must be used ONLY for hand washing.
>50 ppm Chlorine was detected at the dishwasher after the cycle.
Bleach solution was available.**Please provide bleach solution in a bucket for the wiping cloths (~1oz/gallon)
No signs of pest infestation.
