Comments

-Follow-up inspection to February 08, 2023. -Kimbap rice machine is sanitized every 2 hours and is disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing at the end of the day. Bottle of bleach sanitizer at 200ppm was placed next to the rice machine to allow staff to sanitize machine every 2 hours. -Mandolin slicer was found to be disassembled and was clean and sanitary at the time of inspection. Slicer blade is disassembled at the end of each day for cleaning and sanitizing and is reassembled for use the next day. -Staff are instructed to change gloves when switching between tasks. Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Did not observe foods double stacked at the time of inspection. General food storage practices were good at the time of inspection. -Spray bottles were properly labelled to identify their contents. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed. -Facility has been clean and operator continues to monitor for pest issues. Pest control services facility on a monthly basis. Operator to send an email copy of the most recent pest control report for review. *Hand delivered a "Health Approved" copy of the tenant improvement floor plans to the operator.
