Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle has a neutral disinfectant that's not a sanitizer, but there was a bottle of bleach under the sink.
Corrective Action(s): Use bleach for sanitizing and not the disinfectant. Staff on duty emptied the solution and replaced it with 200ppm bleach/water solution.

-Hot dogs were in the warmer and at 60 degC. Any leftovers are discarded at the end of the day.

AS DISCUSSED IN THE LAST INSPECTION REPORT, USE A PROBE THERMOMETER TO DETERMINE IF THE HOT DOGS ARE READY. HOT DOGS MUST REACH 74 DEGREES CELSIUS AS DISCUSSED.
