Follow up inspection for routine JPAK-AWDV3J
1. Cooler have been repaired to good working order; now able to hold all food products at 4 C or lower; measured the temperature to be at 1.4-2 C with thermometer
2. Ice box to hold food filled with ice and all sides of the containers are submerged in ice water
3. rice scoops stored in ice water
4. bubble wrap had been removed
**For main cooler, operator must keep temperature logs and have them updated daily**
