Gen
- Hand sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- All other coolers (except broken cooler near the door ) temperature measured at =<4 degree C-
***Remove the broken cooler or repair it
- All freezers temperature at -18 degree C
- Hot holding units temperature at =>60 degree C
- Ice machine is clean
- General sanitation is good at time of visit- keep it up
- All food is stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Health permit posted

*** Ice cream scope are stored in luck warm water- discontinue this practice- either in hot water at=>60 oC or under cold running water or ice cold water and add ice as ice melted
Same practice for pizza slicer
*** Temp log sheet is on site and up to date- missing monitoring data for dishwasher and sanitizer bucket- add this to the log sheet
*** no copies of pest control on site (last month- )- submit a progressive report ( curve from May to July)

Overall facility's safety operation is improved , goo continue with frequent cleaning and food/utensil protection.
