Routine Inspection completed. Permit posted and up to date. FoodSafe certified staff present during inspection. Hand washing sinks adequately supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towel. - Ensure paper towel placed in or on dispenser. High temperature dishwasher at 72.3C at plate surface. Bleach surface sanitizer available and at 200ppm. Front prep coolers (milk) at 4C or below. Front display coolers at 4C or below. Back freezer at -16C and front berry freezer at -10C. Temperature logs maintained and available. - Ensure staff accurately read thermometers and initiate corrective actions when required. Staff dressed appropriately with hair tied back/covered. Sanitary facilities adequately supplied. General sanitation and maintenance of facility is satisfactory. - Remove un-needed equipment such as tables from back.
