Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following area:
- Upstairs storage area adjacent to the washer.
- Upstairs storage area near the stairs.

A professional pest control company inspects on a weekly basis. Summary report reviewed at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the areas noted above with appropriate sanitizer (ie. 5000ppm bleach, 1:10 bleach dilution).

Observation: Missing working thermometer inside the bar cooler at the front.
Corrective Action(s): Provide a working thermometer inside the noted cooler. All refrigeration units must be equipped with working thermometers at all times.

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Front/back handwash sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated bins at multiple stations at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space, shelves, cabinets.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Washrooms in clean condition.

Temperature control:
- All coolers < or = 4C.
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Pizza prep cooler = 4C. Hot warmer not being used at the time of the inspection.
- Working thermometers inside all other coolers.
- Daily temperature log available, kept up to date.
