√ Line cooler in front and tall cooler in kitchen have both been adjusted/repaired by technician and were at or below 4C
Observed some perishable food stored out at room temperature in kitchen - strongly recommend a second line cooler but one located in back kitchen area. Owners stated they are already researching one and plan to get one in next 1-2 weeks.
