- Pearls kept in room temperature with 2 hour time limit. MUST START TIME TRACKING SYSTEM FOR PEARLS.
- Staff able to communicate proper dishware washing protocol after 3 tries. (SCRAPE - WASH - RINSE - SANITIZE - AIR DRY)
- No sign of pests
