All coolers were < 4 C. The stand up freezer was < -18 C. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached >71 C at the plate level. No evidence of pests, pest control records reviewed during the inspection. General sanitation was satisfactory.
