Observation: Ants were observed in the back storage area. Staff has said that there is a pest control company.

Comments

-Handwashing sink fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel.
→Do not use handwashing sink to wash utensils.
-Two compartment sink available with bleach sanitizer
-Washing equipment and utensils must be done at the two compartment sink and sanitized with bleach solution at 100 - 200ppm.
-Walk-in cooler and display cooler at < 4°C
-Covid safety plan is in place, staff screens before shift.
